1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website sevengen.ca (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SevenGen ("us", "we", or "our") provides EV fleet management solutions including vehicle financing, charging infrastructure, fleet support, and carbon credits management (collectively, the "Service").

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities under your password.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Our Service offers subscription-based and per-transaction services. Payment will be charged on a pre-authorized basis to the payment method you choose during the sign-up process. Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Software and Services

Our Service includes proprietary software that is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Service.

7. Hardware and Equipment

Hardware and equipment provided by SevenGen remain the property of SevenGen until fully paid for according to the terms of your financing agreement. You agree to use all equipment only for its intended purpose and to maintain it in good working condition.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SevenGen and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SevenGen. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SevenGen, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action regarding these Terms will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
